A7Resells sells digital access to supplier directories ("Payboxes") and the All-Access Vendor Vault. These are digital products delivered instantly after checkout — no physical item is ever shipped.
Right to cancel and digital content
Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital content purchase. Because access to a Paybox or the Vault is delivered to you immediately after payment, we ask you to expressly confirm at checkout that:
- you want us to begin delivering the digital content straight away, before the 14-day cancellation period ends, and
- you understand that, by giving this consent, you lose your right to cancel once delivery has started.
You cannot complete checkout without ticking this confirmation box. Once your Paybox or Vault access has been delivered, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise (see below).
When a refund is still due
You remain entitled to a refund if:
- we made an error in your order (for example you were charged for a Paybox you did not select, or charged twice),
- the content delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page,
- a link in your Paybox is broken and, after we have had a reasonable chance to fix or replace it, still does not work.
To request a refund on one of these grounds, contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
What we are not responsible for
Links in a Paybox point to third-party suppliers. We vet and organise these links, but we do not control supplier stock, pricing, shipping times, or product quality on the destination site. Issues with an order you place directly with a third-party supplier are between you and that supplier.
The All-Access Vendor Vault (limited-time price)
The Vault's discounted price is a limited-time offer. The price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase regardless of any later change to the Vault's advertised price.
